The peer leaders, mentored by adult advisors, lead school-wide campaigns to help students identify and build their sources of strength. Ultimately, the project is designed to help prevent suicide, bullying, and substance abuse, and promote connections between peers and caring adults. This is the third year RPHS has participated in this program. The Speak Up Foundation has sponsored RPHS for three years; a part of the sponsorship includes paying for the Sources of Strength training.
