KMBC 9 and KCWE are "Banding Together" to celebrate teachers across the Kansas City metro area. On Wednesday, Aug. 28, Johnny Rowlands flew NewsChopper 9 over the stadium this morning before landing to greet students and staff. The Panther Pride Marching Band formed the number 9 on the field and performed. Watch the story here:
